WINTER SPECIAL

Diving Safaris in winter?

Why not! The winter months in Egypt have nothing in common with the winter in Europe. It does get cooler, however, but especially in the winter months the weather is quite stable with little wind. Air temperature during the day moves between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius; at night it can cool down to 15 degrees. Water temperatures vary from 20 to 22 degrees, depending on the route. It is still better than cutting a hole into ice to dive!

This season brings lots of advantages for you as diver and beeing guest. A diving safari takes on the character of a true exploration. Fewer boats depart at this time of year, so you are often completely alone in the sea. No crowds at the reefs like in high season!
